Free fixture poster for your tournaments, any sport
Type your teams or players, pick knockout, league or two groups with semi-finals, and Yuvo makes the fixtures with match times and courts, ready to share on WhatsApp. More than 8 matches split into numbered images. On a tournament’s fixtures, tap Fixture poster to open it with your draw already in. All the free tools are under Free tools.
Swimming pools, booked by the place
Add a pool in Schedule and set how many places you sell on Yuvo each session; keep the rest for members and walk-ins. Swimmers book places for their group at a per-person price and it confirms instantly. A session never sells past its places, and Calendar shows who is in each one, so you can add a walk-in or cancel one group without touching the others.
Badminton, pickleball, tennis, padel, squash and table tennis
Add courts and tables in Schedule, each with its own schedule and price. Players book the whole court for themselves and it confirms instantly; untick that when you add a court if you’d rather approve each booking. Pickleball courts start on 30-minute slots.
Football turfs and football grounds
Add a football turf or a natural-grass football ground with its own schedule and price. A team booking the whole pitch is confirmed instantly by default, and a team can still book one side and wait for you to pair an opponent, just like cricket.
Basketball courts
Add a basketball court with its own schedule and price. Whole-court bookings confirm instantly by default, and a team can book one side and wait for an opponent.
Shared spaces: one turf, sold several ways, never double-booked
If you sell one ground as a 9v9 or as two 5v5s, or one box as box cricket and 5-a-side, link them in Schedule: pick a resource and tap the ones it shares space with. Booking one blocks the others for that time, and they open again by themselves if that booking is declined or expires.
Your own booking link, and your logo
Pick a short link like getyuvo.com/b/your-venue in Venue → Profile. Your old link keeps working, so printed QR codes never break. Add your logo there too; it shows on your booking page and your QR standee.
A printable QR standee, and one-tap WhatsApp sharing
Venue → Share your booking page. Download a QR standee as an A5 counter card or a 2.5×6 ft roll-up, or send your booking link to a WhatsApp group in one tap. Players scan and book, no app needed.
Volleyball courts
Add a volleyball court with its own schedule and price. Teams send a request and you confirm it, just like your main ground.
Set your own password
Settings now lets you change your login password yourself, with no need to ask us.
Nets and bowling machines, bookable in 30-minute slots
Practice nets and bowling machines each get their own schedule. Players book a 30-minute slot and it confirms instantly, so you don’t have to approve each one.
A cleaner venue profile, and Schedule in the menu
Your venue profile is split into tabs, and Schedule has its own place in the sidebar so you can reach it in one tap.
Invoices you can create, send and track
Raise an invoice from a booking, download it as a PDF, and see which ones are overdue.
The Verified badge on Explore
Verified venues show a badge where players search. Complete your profile to earn it.
Import your regulars
Bring your regular customers in from a list. Running the import again won’t create duplicates.

The chat bubble in the app answers questions about bookings, schedules and settings, any time.
